💸 Refund Policy for OrganizeAI

We believe in fairness and transparency. This refund policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund
and under what terms.
1. Refunds for Yearly Plans
- Refunds are available for yearly plan purchases within 7 calendar days from the date of
purchase.
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only, not renewals or upgrades.
- Partial or pro-rated refunds are not offered.
2. No Refunds for Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Our monthly plan is affordably priced and
provides immediate access to all features.
3. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, digital products normally qualify for a 14-day withdrawal period. However, by subscribing to
OrganizeAI:
You acknowledge and agree that access begins immediately upon purchase, and you waive your right to
the 14-day withdrawal period under Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16).

5. Abuse & Chargeback Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated refund or cancellation activity
- Suspicious or abusive usage patterns
- Chargeback abuse (filing a claim after successful usage)
